Hi, the drivers seem to be failing to install. I downloaded Logitech Gaming software and installed it. Here is what my device manager looks like:

Here's what is displayed when trying to find drivers for them:

I don't know what to do. Any ideas?

Thanks

My g700s works fine in W10pro.

I'd suggest downloading the drivers directly from logitechs website.

Why is System Devices expanded in your screen shot there? Is there something there that's got an error too?

Yes, something called "Remote Desktop Device Redirector Bus" has an issue (yellow triangle). I tried to update the driver but it says the best is already installed.

Logitech do not supply drivers for their mouses, you have to download logitech gaming software which I always assumed included the drivers. I am at a complete loss. Actually I might try driverpack solution, it might install the driver.

Remove the devices inside Device Manager (right-click/uninstall), if it asks to uninstall drivers, uninstall the drivers. Reboot, and then let it redetect the devices again.

Most likely you've got something else wrong with your system that's causing this. Logitech doesn't supply drivers for their mice because their mice work as standard USB HID devices, the gaming software just gives you the customization app.

...and here's the solution. The clue is in the screenshots you posted. The error you're getting is "This operation requires an interactive window station".

The only fix I've been able to find so far involves resetting the installation of Windows.

If it's any solace to you, I'm pretty much going to need to do the same thing on the system I'm typing this on too for other errors I"m getting. Sometimes it's not worth trying to troubleshoot an issue and it'll take less time just to reinstall the OS. On the bright side the reset this pc option does work pretty good; I used it on one of my laptops and it worked great afterwards.

Thanks, I'll bare it in mind for when I next need to reinstall windows. I have two wireless Logitech mice and hopefully they will both install if I have them both connected.

This makes be think it would be wise to avoid Logitech mice from now on.

Avoiding Logitech mice isn't going to do jack, the problem is with your system. Avoiding Logitech mice would be like avoiding a specific gas station because your engine had a bad fuel pump.
