Sent in XFX RMA, ticket never updated.

I shipped the package on the 28th of Dec. and it said it was delivered to the RMA address on the 4th of Jan. The ticket hasn't updated to reflect the delivery and they haven't responded to my message. Is this normal? What should my next step be?

Best bet is to actually call them and ask what's going on. Chances are you'll have to play the waiting game.
 
Can confirm our RMA system 2 weeks ago filled out its quota on RMA outgoing, causing the system to not send tracking info or updates. It was fixed this morning and shouldn't cause us anymore trouble moving forward. Sorry for the confusion.
