Fire Department Faces $73K Fee From Verizon To Move Phone Cable

Do you think the T-Mobile guy did a mic drop after tweeting that? I see they cite cheaper options than to bury the lines, but one would think such a major link on a costal island, subject to hurricane force winds, shouldn't be dangling across the road.

Sure is easy to spend other people's money, isn't it? Revenue isn't profit. Also, it isn't necessarily a write-off.
