People swear by seasonic, but I've had nothing but problems with them. Well to be fair I've never owned a "seasonic' psu, but I have owned an seasonic manufactured Antec 620w HCG and a Corsair TX750 . TX750 had horribly annoying coil whine and the antec had a horribly annoying clicking sound after about a year
 
I have zero need for this since I don't plan on ever doing multi-gpu again, but I'm still tempted to get this as a backup. 1000w, gold, fully modular, and best brand name in the business for under $100? That's an awesome deal.

Bought it without even seeing this thread on Saturday night. Just need the additional power and I am happy I did not need to spend close to $200.
 
Just picked one up. My current PSU is almost 9 years old and I think it might be crapping out on me (getting weird untraceable restarts), so time for a switch.

This would even let me SLI another 1070 in there... :whistle:

Well even though I've had bad luck with seasonic m12ii variants I decided to give this a shot
 
In for 1, just can't argue that price. Wife needs a new PSU to run my handmedown 7970, so now she can have my Xion 1000w and I'll toss this in my box :p
 
Same unit I've ran for years, absolutely solid full modular PSU, grab while you can!
 
I received mines today. Reviews show a black and gold bag to hold all the cables. All I got was a gray box with all the cables in it and no bag.

Anyone got a bag with theirs?

Mine arrived today. The PSU was placed in a black velvet bag and the cables were placed in sealed plastic bags inside a black box.
 
Received mine just now, never owned a Seasonic PSU before..

WOW! Build quality seems amazing, packaging was awesome, all the little Seasonic branded velcro cable ties are sweet, even the little case badge is pretty badass, I can't remember the last time I got a case badge with a product, and I've never seen one that nice haha.
