Wondering if my somewhat older, but not heavily used, PSU is gonna hold up to the used 980ti that I just bought?

2500k overclocked to 4.5-4.8ghz
2 SSD hdd's
1 7200 rpm hdd
6 Case fans
Wifi pci-e card

Power Supply is an Antec High Current Gamer 620 watt, 12v@48a, 3.3v@24a, 5v@24a. Not the latest version. It's this one:

Most of those bad reviews are due to fan noise, which I have too :(

1. Your OC'd CPU should draw near 200watt at worst case scenario (Prime95 stress test). Logically, under normal load, should be close to 150watt (*personal estimation by watching this chart: http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cpus/2012/05/01/intel-core-i5-3570k-cpu-review/7 )
2. 980Ti draws close to 300watt at worst case scenario. ( https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/NVIDIA/GeForce_GTX_980_Ti/29.html )
3. Add +50watt for the rest of your system, and you reach 500watt-550watt load at worst case scenario.
-So, considering Aris's review for HCG620 ( https://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Antec/HCG-620/ ), when focus only about wattage, your PSU should be able to handle the load.
The problem is that, HCG620 , even when new, had some faults (failed at Advanced Transient Responce tests @5V and @3V , voltage regulation @3V and @5V wasn't so good as well, and design quality wasn't top notch even at the time of the review -year2011-).
-So, in conclusion, even though the PSU should suffice to handle the workload, i wouldn't recommend you to use it.:cautious:

An update...

Running the 980ti oc'd to 1450mhz and the 2500k @ 4.5ghz just fine. if it fails I have a hx620 as backup
