[Jet]Asus DUAL-GTX1070-8G 339usd (AR+Discount)

So anyone have any input on if this is eligible for the WELCOME15 code? It's the exact video card I've been waiting to go on sale for my build; this is an awesome price for any 1070, let alone the exact one I've been wanting, if so.
 
Just going to toss in here to say you may never qualify for the rebate on items from Jet. So make sure the card says it is shipped from Newegg during checkout. The last GPU I bought there shipped from here:

The seller wasn't an authorized seller and rebate was DOA.
