Time to switch over from my K70 blues to K70 browns!
 
What's the difference between some of these models? The first two are both RGB K65s but one is $20 dollars more than the first.
 
I would probably want to remove all the keys and put them under boiling water just to be on the safe side, the thought of using a keyboard without knowing it's history sort of freaks me out.

The site has been flaky all day... I had to try a dozen times before it added mine properly... it pops a message saying to "call the administrator" lol anyways I called corsair and verified they processed the order... and the web store is a bit bogged down.
 
Thanks OP. I was able to grab a K70 with mx browns and red leds for 59.
 
I got my K70 with browns and red leds. It did come in a refurb box but looks/feels brand spanking new and works great. I love the mx browns - I shoulda made that change a while ago.

When did you order yours? Mine is stuck in processing :(

Update: I checked my junked email and Corsair emailed me about the mix up and sent me a K70 with MX Red instead of Browns. It's good of them to include a discount code with the email. Will have to call them when it gets here.

Oh ok cool. Yeah I ordered mine on Weds and it showed the next day miraculously. I bought a few refurb cases from them before too and what I got looked brand new and shipped fast. Pretty top notch company me thinks.

PLOT twist.. so I got one of those emails saying they sent me MX reds and not browns. Ha!

my KB is model number CH-9000516-NA/RF and it says MX reds right on the box. The keys feel more cusiony than my old K70 with dying LEDs and MX reds with blue LEDs.. Welp I guess I was in a bit of a rush last night. Oh well, the price was right and I like this KB so oh well. Maybe I will use the coupon code on a refurb M65 RGB. ;)

So did you get MX Browns or Reds? :)
 
I just received the keyboard and I got reds. I will have to call them back to send a brown. Did anyone open theirs? I might like the reds if I try it but the browns rarely go on sale.
