Governments Frequently Block Messaging Apps, Arrest Users

After reading this report and looking at the graph below, I have come to the conclusion that you should probably use Skype to avoid being arrested by the government. If "Do not pass GO. Do not collect $200" sounds like something that appeals to you, use Facebook. People are getting arrested left and right using it.

The governments are right, Facebook use is a crime.
