I just voted for fastgeek since I nominated him.

Thanks, pututu; right back at you. :)

So, 100 views and only eight people voted? Jeez.

Instead you guys hugging each other: any trash talk ? oh, wait, no trash talk anymore.

While I voted early (Go Star, Go) I think many people come later with their vote; also not more the 20 in total.

No trash talk? ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

What can I say? Besides, what kind of asshole would vote for himself? :p

OK. NOW STFU, N00BS!!!!! :D Bow down before the might of my silicon prowess!

Sorry for the late vote. Not sorry it's a tie now. You both have contributed a lot to the cause. And I'm not ashamed to say I voted for myself when I was nominated. I worked pretty darn hard to be able to contribute what I have for as long as I have. I appreciated the recognition, and a vote for yourself is an agreement that the person who nominated you did so for a reason, and you agree. It's not pride that allows us to do this, but an appreciation of the recognition for your hard work. Now if you nominated yourself... that would be different.

Gripping like a real election ; isn't it ... ?

In this one: not sure who should win; both are worthy nominees

In the other one: ... that's a different story and off topic

Hey, if I lose someone could always nominate me for DCOTY :D And, seriously, I'm perfectly happy if pututu wins. He came online and immediately contributed not only cores, but to providing ranking updates (graphs, tables, etc) in the various challenges over the last year; not to mention pointing us to some interesting posts on other forms. I certainly appreciated all of that!

BTW, I'm going to try and contribute what I can to the next challenge despite being out of the office and only having CPUs in an event that is all about GPUs. Won't be fighting for that #1 spot this time; but hopefully the cores I can bring to bear will give us some help. (y)

I'm honored and humbled to accept this recognition and to join past and current DC'er winners whom I admire and respect. Thank you all. Tomorrow is a big day for serious vote, so make it count.

...and to fastgeek:
