I live in Portland (97202) so local would be nice but shipped is fine.

I have $300 PayPal max.

I'm looking for a high-ish end AMD GPU like a Nano, Fury, maybe a pair of 390's or so.

Interested in a Powercolor R9 290X with a Koolance waterblock installed?

I have the air cooler I could reinstall but I'm missing one of the VRM heatsinks powercolor added that the original AMD version didn't have.
