Call of Duty Infinite Warfare

Meh, gameplay just looks so dull and generic, juts like every COD game. Wish they would stop adding these stupid scripted, linear and generic elements in the gameplay which makes the game so boring. Though I commend IW for trying something new with COD but COD was all about military warfare, this one has very little resemblance to it.

Normally I would agree but while watching the conference and they were showing that gameplay I had no idea that was a Call of Duty game until it actually said Call of Duty on the screen. I was pleasantly surprised. What I have done with the last 3 call of duty games if not more is rent them from Redbox for the weekend, play through the campaigns and that's it. I've never cared about the multiplayer. That being said I actually enjoyed Black Ops 3's SP campaign. It was cool you could go back after and replay the whole campaign with zombies instead which I didn't have time to do.
 
I haven't played the full campaign of any COD since I started with Ghosts. MP is where it's at...
I thought Advance Warfare was teh best so far loved the game to death until I couldn't find games anymore.
 
They really went all-in with the fighter plane stuff. When I saw that in AW I did not believe it would become a staple of the series.

Man I've been laughing about this all morning. A great deal of America doesn't even have access to dialup and they want to sell games to these people that take up 130GB of space! My buddy has a data cap on his broadband. Guess he won't be able to play. (Saves me some money since I don't have to get it now!)
 
Is it possible to only have mw:remastered installed? I don't care for the cod:halo edition copy at all.
 
I'm rooting for CoD to become a great game again...I had fun with some of the earlier titles...this one has potential

Well, I suppose they should have broken the game down into segments that could be downloaded separately.

I took vacation for this game my favorite COD game is AW I just love the Lasers and jumping around and stuff maybe this game will have some nice guns.
 
If you preorder, do you get access to MW Remastered right away or do you have to wait until IW releases?

If you pre-ordered the ps4 version, you have access to the mw campaign right now. Otherwise, you will have to wait.

LMAO "The $100 have your fucking head examined edition"! Ahhh, fuck me, my six year old has been humping my leg for this damn game for probably the last 6-7 months, he's driving me nuts about it. I'm going to have to buy him a new SSD just to hold the fucking thing, and he wants the digital deluxe edition (ie. Have your head examined edition), of course. Anyone here played this yet? Is it really that big of a piece of shit? I wanted him to get BF1, but for some reason, he's dead set on this. If it's really that bad, I'm not paying $100 for it and buying him a new ssd, he'll have to find something else. Anyone?

His biggest complaint was the control with a controller on consoles. You won't have that problem on PC if there is no forced mouse acceleration and/or smoothing.. My issue with the more recent IW developed games in the series is the TTK is too damned short for how much lag compensation is built into the netcode, and it looks like that issue persists in this version. The spawn system also went to shit with Ghosts, which exacerbated the problem.
 
I think this game will be epic in MP. Just don't get the digi deluxe because by the time they roll out the exp packs, the games have normally died down. In my region, I have yet to see a COD survive more than 3 months on PC.

Keep in mind that this is just for Infinite Warfare. MW Remastered is another 40GB on top of that. The good news is you don't need both installed at the same time.

Bandwidth caps are very real and has nothing to do with being "[H]" or not. With telecom monopolies there is usually nothing anyone can do about their bandwidth caps.

Been thinking about upgrading my two 500GB 840 Evos to a pair of 1TB 850 Pros. Send me your PayPal account info since you're in such a generous mood to spend money on huge SSDs.
 
PC pre-load is ready for COD IW is 54 gigs so it probably expands to 70+ gigs I didn't get the Modern Warfare remastered version.
