Using GTX 1070 with RX 460 on the same PC

I can't tell much of a difference between SVP or FM to say which is superior, to be honest. What should I be looking out for?

Personally even if FM is superior out of the box SVP might end up superior just because of the customisability. You can also use the generated scripts to encode the video into the desired FPS.

I have NEVER seen this option on my 7970

Please tell me how to enable this.

If you are talking about FM, I'm not sure if 7970 can do it, I dont think it can. My 270x couldnt do it. I think it starts on the next generation of chip set.

The thing I noticed between the two is that the blue ball bounces up and down seems to be smoother with FM/bluesky. Very minor but noticeable to me. I cant tell much difference with the line or the star moving from left to right.

As far as the anime scene goes, I cant tell any practical difference. If SVP works great to you, I cant find any reason to be concerned about FM. I really just want to find a reason to buy another graphic card lol.
 
When i was into bitcoin mining i had a 680 and some amd cards in one machine. Used the 680 for gaming and the others for mining. All i had to do was move the cable to which video card i wanted to see output from.

By the way, have you tried MPDN? It also has a setting called Fluid Motion, but works on all cards.

That would yield you worse performance then simply using the 1070 for both gaming and PhysX. Besides, unless NVidia has changed how their driver works, physx won't even work when an AMD card is detected.

As for bluesky vs SVP...watch those 2 video at the same time, I could tell FM+bluesky was slightly superior. Not necessary superior experience when watching anime or movie.
