Best budget Android box for Xfinity TV, Netflix, Prime Video apps

I need to get TV working in a large trailer on my parents back lot. They have Xfinity in the main house, but the coax to the trailer went bad years ago and I don't have the ability to fix it. I plan to run fiber overhead between the two for internet, so I should be able to stream everything to the trailer TV. The apps, in order of preference, will be Xfinity TV, Netflix, and Prime Video. Sooo, I'd like suggestions for an Android box and whatever remote/keyboard etc will be best for those apps.

So you can run fiber, but not simple Coax? I'm confused.

I don't have the ability to bury cable, nor measure QAM signal levels. If I have Comcast do the work they insist on the trailer having its own account, so that's a no go. That leaves me with wifi or overhead fiber, and my preference is to hardwire. As for Roku, last I checked Xfinity TV didn't list it as compatible, though I'll check your link and consider it.
