I like how all the nozzles on that water heater seem to be pointing at the network gear.

lol that's awesome. The cable management is bad on it's own, but the water heater really completes this. Some rot stains on that shelf seem to indicate it's leaked at some point. Is that ground wire just going to the router? lol. I'd laugh that line turns into pex at some point and is not even a proper ground.

I like how all the cables to the keystones are not secured/bundled. Oh, the network splitter!

Must make it easier to make secure because your not sure where any cable goes? And if someone does figure it out they can just blow the pipes on the water heater.

Looks like any one of hundreds of small businesses I've seen over the years, and some major ones too.

All this from the same people that brought you the Black Hawk, and the F-35.
lolwtf?
The people who brought us the Blackhawk is Sikorsky Aircraft and the F-35 is Lockheed Martin. Even if it was some pun at the govt it has nothing to do with this location, its networking closet, nor the quality of those aircraft.

I like how the router has a "router" label lol, although I will admit my wife went crazy with the label maker in my shed one time and made labels for everything from laptop to door

Well it properly doesn't carry any real sensitive information.

The normal installations i see are 100% fiber, and all closets are secure Racks, with entrance security on the doors.
ohh and we normally need the leave our phones/laptops at the front security desk.

For the more secure locations all equipment are tempest approved down to the mouse you use.

I see "data closets/rooms/head-ends" in older military building look like that. They are not that way so much anymore on newer building...at least at the one's I've done work in.

Since that room has such shit ventilation they probably don't even need to turn on the water heater.

Man at least make some attempt to protect the equipment. A tarp, piece of wood, something!
