Cosmetically the body shows heavy use - 6.5/10 condition. Has surface scratches on exterior and on both screens. Missing original stylii however two extra aftermarket stylus will be included.I attempted to photograph the damage as best as possible. If you are not content with condition and would like more photos, please ask. I can look at the firmware when I have an opportunity, however it has not been updated in over 1.5 years roughly.

Shows signs of moderate use on the screen and on strap. After all, this is meant for a child 3-6. My son has outgrown the watch, otherwise we'd keep it!
