HOT!: Logitech G500s Laser Gaming for $28.49

Ordered the G500s.

I did NOT like the G402, which I believe was supposed to be the replacement for the MX518. Ha! My ass...

Logitech needs to stick to creating mice, not alien control pods. They suck at the latter.

Ordered, my G5 died and need a replacement that doesn't look/feel retarded...

Amazon.com: Logitech Optical Gaming Mouse G400 with High-Precision 3600 DPI Optical Engine: Electronics

$28 is a good price but the original G500 looked better. Not a fan of the stupid sci-fi/spaceship-like look of most of the new Logitech mice. I'm 35. I don't want my mouse to look like the one that I would have used when I was 19. I prefer the more understated look of SteelSeries or Zowie, but those aren't usually this cheap.

Yea that was fast, might want to keep checking just in case the stock goes back up.

Tempting but Logitechs QC has really gone down hill. From 510s keyboard having manufacturering issues with there membrane to G500 with static double clicking issues. Don't think I'll be buying from them for awhile.

If you click other buying options, you can backorder it from amazon at this price. Otherwise, right now, its up via a third party seller (again at this price). Unknown if this seller is reputable or not.

i just keep watching ebay and buying 518s and replacing the parts that fail myself on them myself...

I have a G500 that I have replaced the left click switch on... like 5 times. I think Ive had it since they originally came out.

I have a G500 and I have to keep opening it and pushing the wire further in because the opening cuts through the coating.

Not too in love with this series.

G500 is my fave mouse I have ever had. I havent had any problems with it besides the switch going out from excessive use.

At this point, I have had mine for at least 4-5 years. I think I got my $50 out of it.

Just got mine in. Great mouse for the money except... Holy SHIT do the mouse clickers SUCK!!!!

Are there any better switches available that are easy to swap in? I feel like I'm clicking using my cats paw with these things.

Just got mine, not bad so far to my feel.

*edit* - mouse wheel is too heavy

My feelings exactly. I think the look of the new Logitech mice look stupid and to me, compromise usability to that expense. It's funny, I'm 35 as well and value usability/utility far above aesthetics. Damn... I'm getting old.

I just want a mouse with GREAT clickers. I could give a shit less about just about anything else. Is that too much to ask for?

They had this same sale back in December, grabbed one as a back up. I've always liked this style mouse from Logitech, been using them for 10+ years.

Hell no, the G700s was my ultimate replacement to the Logitech Cracked blue G5. Not the shitty G5, the original G5. I remember when the Original blue G5 was discontinued, they were selling for $250 brand new.

I've had my g700s for about a year now...It worked great at first, but has terrible battery life (I'm 5ft from my computer) and now the right click is super sensitive and will misclick like a mofo sometimes..Naturally I am just out of the 1yr warranty .

It's Logitech, hit them up they'll prob take care of you anyway

Thermal take has yet to respond to me about my double click left mouse issue since day one I kept it like a fool still using it but about fed up lol anyone got one for sale and near Nyc? :) cheap don't need fancy buttons but LEDs are welcome
