installed gtx1080 sli. Computer wakes from sleep into solid colors

So a really weird thing started happening after i pulled out my 980ti's for 1080's in SLI.

After waking from sleep, I see the login screen and I'm able to login. Right after I login all of my screens show a solid color (green, grey, blue) and the computer becomes unresponsive.

The only way to resolve the issue is a reboot.

Wondering if anyone else had a similar issue and found a fix.

Entirely remove the drivers and reinstall the newest ones.

Thanks Quix that did the trick for me.

I used guru3d's DDU utility to completely remove my display drivers then reinstalled them with geforce experience. Fixed the issue right up.
