Fallout 4 coming to HTC Vive!!!

That would definitely interest me, I haven't bothered buying the game so far.

Wonder how they are going to handle movement, you really can't have traditional movement with roomscale. In a seated experience you could.

This will be interesting to say the least. I would be excited to try it but that 1k price tag on early VR really has me turned off to the concept at this moment in time.

If I had to guess, I'd say probably some sort of limited teleport mechanic

I hope they implement it in more than one way. I played Alien: Isolation with the DK2 and it worked just fine with an Xbox 360 controller. I think room-scale with a game like this would get a bit tiring, but definitely fun for short stretches.

Right, it works fine with a controller sitting down but try moving around in a fps while standing up. You will fall on your ass or get motion sickness without a "teleport" mechanic. Hover junkers is able to pull this off because you are on a floating platform that does not change direction quickly.

So stay seated? That's what I mean by more than one way. If you want to stand or use the controllers, then yeah teleport. If you just want to sit and chill then gamepad.

Same here; I'm actually putting off a new gaming right hopefully based on Zen till next year. Right now I don't have any free time for gaming since we are relocating soon.
We should be settled by next year (done painting walls in the new house to suit the wife's taste in color) and I will investing gaming again.
