I would say paper launch with preview reviews and samples handed to popular websites for testing...with a review release date embargo in place to give all sites a chance to review said cards.
 
Look at Nvidia flaunting all their money with hoity-toity desserts at a $400 a night hotel!!!

I am more interested in AMD's upcoming showcase at the San Jose Airport Best Western with all the free tap water I can drink!

I don't think they would be making an announcement unrelated to gaming on Twitch. But, I guess Twitch is for other things now like Bob Ross. Maybe nVidia is getting into content with a Joy of Painting reboot.

Hopefully Kyle will ask Nvidia why they are doing a paper launch event like AMD did with the Nano and Fury Pro Duo. It's getting old!
