I just don't see how anybody over the age of 21-22 should have hours upon hours of game time readily available on a nightly basis.. And still make a good living/pay for everything themselves.

how are people playing this game?...complete the single player story first and then do the Dark Zone?...or split the two evenly?...seems like the DZ is more end-game stuff which doesn't effect the single player story...when I played the betas it was easy to switch back and forth because it only had like 2 story missions
you have two types of levels, regular and DZ. In DZ you have a special type of currency for better gear. You also have two choices of weapons, regular DZ and a higher class when you hit level 30 DZ. There may be other differences but those are probably the main ones.

The DZ is sooo much more fun after the patch.
I was losing around ~2000 exp on death. One NPC is almost 300 for me and surviving rogue can award several thousand easy. Last night I profited probably about 50,000 DZ$$$ total and several levels.
thanks, generally I play faster paced FPS... but I really enhjoyed BF2's more squad based play.....
the division looks great and super interested...
Referring to the people who seem to game nonstop for leaderboards etc. Where does the income come from?? Lol!Like a close to 50 year old widower that works in the spacecraft/ground station design field shouldn't have this much time? I have been reducing my game time hours during the week, down to about 4 hours a night on weekdays.
This is not a fast paced fps. I also played a ton of the BF series (1300 hrs in BF2 alone) and love a good squad based game, but this is not that, at least not very often. This is an RPG at heart, so you're not going to have one shot headshots or realistic damage models. Enemies are largely NPC and entirely bullet sponges. This is fine if you accept this going in, but if you're going in expecting twitch shooter style mechanics and consistent player vs player combat, you're not going to find it here. This is a CO-OP Looter, like Borderlands. There are tactics, but not like you're used to from BF.
I'm enjoying the game and am not trying to dissuade you, I just want to help you make an educated decision.
Had to update the list with aeonrevolution's Uplay name once he added me.

New "bullet king" exploit.
Boss drops 3 purples each.
there is also another hack - in police academyyou throw down the extended barrier so that it clips into the door that gets blown up. then you cover and slide past the door. trigger events, fight boss.

Hybrid Frustum
I'll have to get in on this tonight. Who all were you running with? I had a good run in the DZ last night with a group leader I met off of Discord.Had an amazing time last night running with a bunch of you in the DZ last night. It was incredible! My first time going after groups of Rogue players, hunting them down. This game just keeps getting better and better!!
Thank you. I just bought it from a forum member for a good price and palyed an hour.
it definitely is a different style game than I am use to but it is pretty and seems interesting....
Thanks!
Also you guys can add me...

If I teamed up with you to do a normal mission what kind of loot would get dropped for you, since the enemies would be at my level.
Maybe not blues, but better greens? I have no idea on this. Might be an easy way to get some better gear early on for new guys. Just stay behind me lol.

yes, it does. the general assembly mission doubles enemy counts going from 1 player to 4 in at least three instances.yeah that seems logical.
it is much more fun to play missions with other people.
Does the game add more enemies when you have 2-3 players vs 1?
