FT: 8 Core AMD build for mITX Intel

I'd like to trade my AMD FX 8320 and Gigabyte GA-990FXA-UD3 for a mitx motherboard with full pci express slot and an i3 or i5. The 8320 is lapped and has been overclocked to 4.4ghz in the past. It should be capable of higher with a better cooler than what i have. I want to trade due to this system becoming a HTPC that is drawing way more power than what is needed for the usage.
