USB key went through wash and still works!

I never thought that this Microcenter usb 3.0 key would have survived going through a wash and dry cycle but it did! Wow!

Next time I'll empty my pockets before doing a wash!

Well, yeah. It's solid state.

I've washed a Patriot stick now... probably a dozen times in the last year. Still chugging along.
 
i once washed my clothes at a public laundromat and came home and found someones Micro SD card in one of the pockets of my shirt , still works today! :)
 
Removable solid state storage can be pretty robust to this type of abuse.
