Assassin's Creed Syndicate - Gold Edition is $45 @Amazon. This is the physical copy, but I would guess that it has UPLAY codes inside to download the game with.

This is the base game + the Season Pass. The same deal on Steam is $54 and ends in 9 hours.

I don't know if the season pass is worthwhile, but I'm playing the base game and having a ton of fun. Really fantastic game.
