Im looking for some suggestions on a htpc case that needs to be able to fit full size video card and a micro atx mobo and a Blu-ray drive any help would be nice

There are a bunch of Rosewill cases from newegg, a bit old fashioned from about $30. Fractal Design Core 100 was a "good old" case, vertical hard drive mount.
I've seen mention of the Cooler Master N200 and Corsair.
I was fond of a Silverstone mATX case.
Usually I was building cheap computers in mATX, so sale prices were the biggest factor.
I built a LAN Box type a couple times.

Basics are budget, cooling, features.
Quick look

Lower prices usually mean fans needed.
Cheap Rosewill may come with only an 80mm rear fan. I would ads 120mm front upgrade rear to 92mm.

Anyway be prepared for minor "adjustments" at the lowest end.

Cooler Master N200 looks interesting at $50.

I was looking at this case for a small HTPC setup,

Takes a full size card.

Oh, this doesn't have a 5-1/4" bay. would you use an external BD-Rom drive?
Also, have you looked at playing Bluray discs in a PC? it can be a pita sometimes, I opted for a standalone bluray player for playback.
you won't have any issues if you plan on ripping the discs to the PC though.

Yeah I play Blu-ray all the time on my htpc no problem this is just a upgrade for my dad's htpc who did have problems playing Blu-ray but wasn't connect via hdmi when the computer is built it will be connected to a Samsung 4k TV via hdmi so no problem playing Blu-ray

Maybe look at a Silverstone case that looks like a piece of audio equipment.
I have one here that I got from my brother, was using it for my HTPC but recently sold the guts of the HTPC so I have this case just sitting here in the garage.

I'll see if I can find a pic of it online.

Silverstone makes Grandia series HTPC cases that are mATX specific which takes full sized graphics cards up to 11". Look for the GD04, GD05 and GD06 models.
