This just started recently. I've uninstalled asus strix software and re installed nvidia drivers to no avail.

Both cards are running full bore on desktop.

If i take it out of SLI it goes back down to 2d clocks.

Now its just the 2nd card running at 3d clocks. Everything else has been uninstalled. I really dont want to format!!

I can't seem to edit anymore. But after reboot it's fine till I start watching a YouTube video or play a game then go back to desktop. Everything is default now and still happens. Could this problem be from s windows update I got a few days ago?

The usual answer is that either you have three monitors like me or you are running your monitor at 144 Hz but if your sig is correct the Asus PB278Q doesn't support 144 Hz and you don't have three monitors.

Only 1 monitor 60hz refresh rate. Will try above post when I get home

Prior to the official fix by Nvidia I would just disable hardware acceleration for the browser/plugins. Not a great workaround but it did work for me.

I use the inspector with 3 monitors and now I just want to check when I get home and see that it's still working... I know it was before.

Well, I can confirm that the inspector still works for me.

Runs my 980ti at 405/405 at idle with 3 monitors running just fine.

Looks like it was a windows update i got recently. I uninstalled the last few i got and set it to download only and not install. Problem went away (for now)
