I upgraded to dual 980ti's and am letting this awesome card go. GTX 970
Had it for about 8 months with sad to say very little use. Tons of working meant less play time but that working meant I was able to make enough for 980ti's! Heh. Only difference with the link is mine has 1 displayport 1.2, 2 dvi, and an hdmi port.

For the 970 I am asking 225 USD + shipping or the best offer. *** SOLD ***

On to the 980ti. GTX 980Ti
I only have a 2560x1440 screen. Two of these is WAY overkill for the games I play. Two is required for 4k though but I feel 4k is just painting yourself in a corner. A screen that requires high end SLI to function correctly just doesn't seem like a wise move to me. (I'll do it for VR though!)

For the 980ti I'm thinking 475 USD + shipping would be a fair amount. (I'm REALLY hyped for Star Citizen and Oculus Rift) *** SOLD ***

Well I calculated the prices factoring in the free games you get when you buy brand new and took that off considering alot of people sell the free games and recoup some of the money.

Also the card was selling for less but they bumped the price back up or I prob woulda wanted 525 + shipping. damn

I put them both back up because I wasn't sure the current guy was going to pay and we ran into a bit of trouble trying to send the money but I think we got it figured out now. Sorry about the shitty communication but I was literally juggling about 15 different prospective buyers and it's gotten pretty frustrating.

The 970 is still for sale but I have a shit ton of pm's to go through so it may be snagged up.

Mobo ram ssd and hdd are still for sale and I'm adding a modded headphone as well.
 
Whats the part number on that 970?
If it has two DVI instead of one, it should have a different part number.
 
Is the 970 still available? If so, I am definitely interested. This is the card I have been trying to find.

Bump for nice prices -- if I didn't snag a GTX 980 recently, I'd have happily gone for that 980Ti.

Beyer's DT 990s are great -- are you thinking of going the HiFiMan route?
 
That 970 should really fly off his hands. It was my first choice, but then i decided to get a gpu that will last me 3+years
 
I hate so much that you weren't selling that P67 when I was looking for a new board. Would I rather have Z77? Yes. Would I rather spend like $60 more for stuff I'll likely never use? No! Good luck with sale.

As for the other things like those Beyers and that 1TB... sir I will be talking to you in like a month when I have some money from bad Christmas present returns, assuming it's still here.

The part number is 04G-P4-3979-KB , it's a hell of a card, I don't know if it's better than the one on newegg but going by the reviews it clocks a little better.

Very much leaning that way, although if I have good fortune one of these weekends at the casino I may stretch for the holy grail.

Googled that PN of the 970, and compared to newegg it lacks the Bios switch or something
 
Hmm, I looked at the box and it doesn't say anything about double bios so I think you're right.

Price drop on the BX100 500GB as I guess the price has dropped on these at stores.

Dont want to raise any red flags but did anyone who bought any items received it yet? Cause i havent and thats bad.
 
Yes, me and deacon, i got pictures of the box, with shipping address from and to, also pictures of the card with his forum name. But its past its estimated delivery date.

EDIT: I'm talking to another user that had his package arrive, and it was shipped 1st December, i bet mine went through the same day, so it probably is arriving soon, thats what i hope, at least.
I'm not being a dick and trying to say anything bad about him, he was a gentlesir and a scholarman. Its just that its going to a friend who will bring it to me in another continent, so time is of the essence lol.
When it arrives i will post a very positive review. Just anxious because of the situation.

I paid on the 26th, and haven't gotten anything yet, either. I got a tracking number from PayPal on 12/1, but it still only says that a label has been created.

I'm deciding if I should be worried, or if I'm just being anxious because it is the final piece to my system.

Opened a paypal dispute and posted negative heatware, as did other user.
Probably this is a compromised account used by a criminal.
This sucks that money was significant to me.

Waiting for deacons move, if either he gets right card, wrong card, or nothing.
 
I started the dispute process with PayPal, which requires contacting the seller first. I'll give it a day, and then I'll pursue further to get a refund.
