The government sure took its sweet time filing charges against these guys. Hell, I forgot this case was still active.

Gery Shalon, Joshua Samuel Aaron and Ziv Orenstein were charged in a 23-count indictment with alleged crimes against at least nine financial services companies and media outlets, and which involved online casinos, payment processing for criminals, and an illegal bitcoin exchange. A fourth man, Anthony Murgio, was also charged over the bitcoin exchange, Coin.mx.
 
Funny that charges are brought against people hacking JPMorgan. But no charges were brought against JPM for manipulating the foreign exchange...
