Origin Halloween sale has started.

Hmmm.... Wonder if we'll see Dragon Age: Inquisition any cheaper over the next couple months than the $20 they have it for. With my backlog, it'll be a long time before I can get to it, but that seems like a solid deal.

Maybe not in the next few months, but can't be too much longer, else DA:I will have to compete with price drops from other high profile rpgs, speaking of which...

Thing with DA:I is, it can't touch the Witcher 3. It's honestly not even close, it feels like they're games made 6-10 years apart with the progression gap that would entail. I was really enjoying Dragon Age Inquisitions when playing earlier this year, and had planned to temporarily shelve it when GTAV and The Witcher 3 showed up on pc. I still haven't finished The Witcher 3 and am absolutely loving it. Not sure if/when I'll ever get back around to playing DA:I, especially if Fallout 4 is kickass.

I've played almost every single Bioware game over the past ~16 years or so, and I've also played all 3 of The Witcher games. CD Projekt is just breaking new ground, making better rpgs, and leaving Bioware in the dust. There's lots of areas that Bioware does well in, but this bit-tech article sums up why Bioware is looking dated wrt open-world design, and CDP is similarly kicking Bioware's ass in quest design, world design, graphics, and well... nearly everything. Wonder how the next Mass Effect will compare to Cyberpunk 2077? Going forward Bioware really needs to step up their game.

Isn't DA:I GOTY being released soon?
You might want to hold out for that, if thinking about DA:I

Exactly the answers I was looking for, I'll hold off for now. Thanks guys.

The Plants vs Zombies Garden Warfare game runs on the Battlefield 4 engine, and is a shooter. It is only $5 and a TON of fun. Especially for those of us tired of shooters. Has lots of tower defense style stuff mixed in the pew pew shooting. Lots of gadgets and stuff to use.

Amen brother... its fun, artsy, and lots of character... In a way, its a parody of CoD games..

BF4 for 10 bucks.

Yes? No?

PS: I enjoyed BF2.

As long as you realize that it's not at all the same as BF2...then sure. $10 seems decent enough to try it out, plus I imagine Origin still has the good games guarantee or whatever?

some of those prices are ridiculous...the original Crysis is $19.99 which is the same price that Crysis 3 is on sale for
