I have the Antec ISK300-150 and the Zotac Low Profile GTX 750. The heatsink is a little large and won't fit with the lid on. Is there a similar case like the Realan e-i7 that is affordable (less than 100, but sweet spot around 50-70) and commonly available in the US?

SilverStone ML06-e will fit 2-slot low profile GPU, but with a 300W SFX PSU, it may go above $120. It's the same size as the ISK300-150.

i will be using a stock heatsink for an i3 6100 or an i5 2500 depending on if i can find the right deal.

the realan e-i7 really looks nice, is it of better quality for the price or just expensive because its imported?

I think the biggest difference is the InWin will fit, the Realan probably will fit but looks to be very tight. Somebody built one of these cases up a few years ago, maybe do a searchand PM for measurements. My Galax card is a virtual copy of the Zotac, I think it needed 27mm in my L2 case, think I had ~10mm to spare but that had room similar to the InWin.

Edit: Think I found the e-i7 build I was thinking of, looks a bit more promising from a couple of these pics.
