Reclaiming my garage and selling my excess server gear! All is tested, known working, in good condition. All servers come with both sets of RAILs included. All prices are OBO but please no extreme low balling or thread crapping. If you see this post and like what you see, please bump! If you have an issue with my pricing, feel free to PM me. Pics available upon request. I will work with International sellers but if you're outside of the US, I'd need to ship it to a local forwarder of your choice for my protection and yours. Shipping is from 85741.

I'm highly interested in trading toward the following:

  • Thinkpad T420 or T430 laptops
  • Microsoft SurfacePro 3-4
  • HP or Cisco gigabit switches with 10G uplinks
  • Intel S3700/S3710 SSDs, 400gb+ (no Dell 3gb/s models)

2x HP ProCurve 2810G-24 - $100 each + shipping - not fanless like the 1810G above but not too bad on noise either. Good CLI management and very reliable.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

If I can get a couple switches with 10G uplinks now that I have 10G switches, I will be selling my 2x 1810G-24 V2 switches as well. PM me if you're interested when these come available.

64gb kit of 4x 16gb Kingston ECC Registered RAM model KVR16R11D4K4/64l. $350+ shipping.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Supermicro quad-socket 1u barebones server with the following specs:
H8QG7+-LN4F motherboard (still sells for $985 on Amazon! )
1400watt gold certified psu
Onboard LSI 2208 RAID controller with 1Gb cache!
3 hotswap bays
QUAD Intel i350 gigabit LAN
IPMI 2.0 with remote media
No RAM.
The idle noise level on this model is surprisingly low for a 1U. I expected a small jet engine and instead got lower noise than a 2u Supermicro CSE216 with gold PSU units that I have. With my Kill-a-Watt I measured idle power at 260 watts and under load at 450 watts (roughly) when using 4x 6376 chips.
This server runs ESXi 5.5 like a BEAST!
Asking
Asking $399 + shipping.
Also have a couple chassis without the above motherboard for sale for $75+shipping
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have 2x 1U Supermicro CSE-815 Servers with the following:
* Supermicro H8DGU-F Motherboard
* 2x 8 core AMD Opteron 6320 CPU's
* IPMI with remote media and dedicated LAN
* 4x 3.5" hot-swap bays
* 2x Intel Gigabit Ethernet Ports
* 2x 700w Gold Plus Certified Power Supplies Supermicro model PWS-704P-1R

PRICE DROP: Asking $200 + shipping each. These run Vmware ESXi 5.5 or Xen Server like a dream and are perfect for a virtualization lab. I loaded Windows Server 2012 R2 on them and it ran extremely well also. Only selling because I already have 2x 2U servers I am filling out. For those wondering, shipping appears to be around $50-$75 for both in the continental US.

Very interested in the TS440 but shipping is probably gonna be crazy. Any chance you're local to SoCal?

EDIT: NVM, Tucson... :(

*looks at raid controller* nice...you wouldn't happen to have a 12G SAS expander, right? :)
