CAD diagram/blueprint for pci-e card pins

I'm trying to find a diagram/blueprint for a pciex16 card pin layout and have had no luck after over an hour of searching. does anyone know where something like this can be found? I'd settle for x8, x4 of even x1. If anyone knows how to design these things in CAD I'd be willing to give a donation for someone to do this. It needs to be actual size for PCB printing.
