All 3 plus more depending on build. In order of preference.
1. Reliablility
2. Modular
3. length of main power connectors
4. silence
5. number of connections

I'll go with C as I buy PSUs for the performance first and everything else is just vanilla icing on the cake!

Currently my case is the Corsair Air 540 so I wouldn't get much out of the white colour as it's hidden in the back side!

I was thinking it would be cool to get another windowed side panel for the backside of the Air540 and something like that might stand out more.

Going to have to go with A. There are other reasons, but the white really looks great and it's what would make be buy this over something like the regular colored x1050

C. All about the reliability.

I havn't even owned another name PSU in the last 10yrs because mine are still going strong.

Silence is the main reason that this power supply would be on someone's purchase list. A 1050w power supply that is silent and is made by a top tier manufacturer known for quality designs and components would be incredibly useful!

B. Silence

we live in a small house so there are two computers and the family TV all in the same room
Silence =peace between me, my wife and my son.

C. Beyond the silence comes the sheer reliability. Seasonic is my go-to brand. I trust no other.

C. My PC needs a new power supply as mine can't adequately power SATA hard drives for some reason. It would go great for when I make upgrades.

C. I would buy because of voltage regulation, dependability, build quality, and it looks good too!

If I'm buying a white PSU, its for aesthetics, so.

B. Color.

That said, if I'm buying a Seasonic, it's going to be because of quality.

C. Others - Modularity and the 1k+ wattage rating.

Don't care about the color as my case has no windows. However the white would probably look good when illuminated with a black light.

A (color): 15% - Would love to make a black & white build
B (silence): 5% - Nice, but not essential
C (SeaSonic Awesomeness): 80% - Nothing else goes in my builds these days. When you're dropping a lot of money on a system, you don't want a crappy PS to kill it all.

C. Power, reliability, and performance.

That and it would be nice for making a potential upgrade down the road..

C: I'd buy one for build quality and performance, first and foremost. Seasonic has had a long lived reputation for building top quality kit (I have known about them about as long as I have PCP&C and FSP), so if money were no object I'd reach for them exclusively.

A: It would blend in perfect with my white case and blue lights.

B: I would love to have one a little quieter.

C:You can't beat free.
