Simple poll after the fact and now that the dust has settled of how many people own nVidia cards or AMD cards. Only put high end parts in there and not anything else for simplicity.
Bracket indicates that the choice is valid if you have either SLi or CF setup and a 290 or a 290X card.
 
970 sli, upgrading to 980 ti sli or titan x sli if i can do d a used pair cheap enough
 
Single GTX 970. I don't game much anymore and see no reason to upgrade any time soon.
 
290X Crossfire. Considering going trifire if prices drop further.
 
GTX 970...needed a replacement for my GTX 580 which was starting to show its age based on the 1.5GB VRAM...needed something to last through Witcher 3, Arkham Knight etc and I found it
 
Still on a Sapphire HD 7950 Boost. Still gets the job done at 1080P.
 
Using an old reference 290. It would be tempting to upgrade it, but I'm only 1080p (1200p) and it does 1100/1450 with no voltage or extra power.
 
My GTX780 works good enough for the games I play. hopefully I can resist an upgrade until the next generation of cards.
 
Reference 980 ti.

I forget to update signature but 970 went to friend who needed card to play TW3 :)
 
EVGA 970 FTW+ Here.
I don't really require SLI. Most of the games I'm playing SCREAM on this card, even at maxed settings.
 
Didn't vote because I still use a single 6870. Twin Frozr III doe :p

Would love a current gen card, but can't justify the $300-700 for a decent one. This one is *okay* but definitely EOL. Just holding out for maybe one more year or so.
