What are you nerds playing this weekend?

I played the stuffing PCBs and soldering front panel controls game this weekend. I got absolutely zero gaming accomplished. :( However, that means my week nights are free to play a bit during the week this week. I'll have to wrap up The Old Blood, and maybe start on the Metro Redux games. (I've only played the original 2033.)

5 Nights at Freddy's 4 got to night 3 anyway the Niece is crazy about the game draw pictures of it.

I guess the 4th game due in OCT. is going to be the last of the series.

Catching up to Life Is Strange ep. 3
Batman on Xbox
Total War Shogun 2
Civ. BE

One of my daughters does the same thing. LOVES these games, and draws all of the characters. :D

Going out of town for the 4th, so will load up something on my laptop. Maybe Witcher 3 or I might just stick to Shovel Knight on my 3ds.

Shovel Knight! I've got it on the Wii U and N3DS. It's a perfect traveling game.

I just put Divinity: Original Sin on my laptop, just in case, but so far I haven't played it. I've been at my desktop more, so I've been playing other things that make more sense there. (The Old Blood and such...)

I'm trying to play GTA V, but since I'm using my backup rig (middle of upgrading) it's not going too well. :(

I'm just trying to be a philanthropist.

3 spanking days off either Metro Last light for the first time or War machine tactics

I did pretty well this weekend. Finished up The Old Blood (finally). Excellent game, and while shorter and somewhat less deep/involved, is right up there with TNO. Played a little GTAV with the kids. And before I look horrible, I play it with them, and don't allow them to do anything "bad". Just steal cars and monkey around like that. They don't get to play it when I'm not there. (they're younger ones...)

Just played through the first few missions/areas of Metro 2033 Redux. I played the original, but thought I'd replay the new version before playing Last Light for the first time. It's fun like before, but definitely an improvement, and visually quite beautiful.

Didn't do much at all on the fourth, but hit the Van Halen concert last night, played a little BlackJack (which I never do) afterward, and got back most of the evening's expenditures. I don't typically gamble, or even set foot in a casino, but friends wanted to go. Turned out nice.

thanks for taking away my ability to give you the dad of the year award... :D

hehehe! Yeah, "only under close supervision". :D Actually, they love The Wheelman, so I let them play that one most of the time. It's a lot more tame than GTA. Besides though, they're going to need to know how to steal cars when the apocalypse happens. :D

Trying to finishing Baldurs Gate: EE also known as

More Metro 2033 Redux. Since I played the original, I'm trying to blast through this one quickly. I've never played Last Light, which is the actual goal here. :D

I also just realized that my domain name has been auto-renewing for a few years after I thought I let it lapse. Setting back up my Terraria server for the new version, and will get some friends and family to start connecting again.

Otherwise, probably a lot of projects, and maybe another concert this weekend.

Path of Exile 2.0.0

It's been a long time since I quit the game from finally being fed up with the desync. Hopefully lockstep is all it's hyped up to be and I can finally enjoy all the new content that has been released in the two years since quitting.

If not I'm going to do achievement hunting in Dying Light or give F1 2015 a try.

Playing a lot of Rocket League this weekend. Finishing up the FC4 Yeti DLC now. Might play some Ryse MP. Closing in on level 200.

I've been playing C&C Generals Zero Hour for the last two weekends. And will propably continue playing. It's still the best and most fun RTS to play.

Cities:Skyline and Alien:Isolation. I'm on chapter six in A:I, I can't wait until I get the flamethrower because the alien is starting to piss me off a bit.

How do you like it? I picked it up during the last sale, but haven't gotten a chance to play it yet.

Good story so far, completely linear gameplay, hate the giant sized film grain in some cutscenes. Combat is not the best IMO. Dodge, dodge, hit, dodge, dodge, dodge, power up. Lots of dodging going on, kinda like Batman fighting, but with a lot more dodge.

You'll also want a gamepad. I'd give it a 6/10, mostly for the story.
