Why is it that we are so technically inclined that we can build complex ITX systems but we can't resize our images?

oddly enough the CPU temp never rises over ~60c at full load
im pressuring my brother to put ventilation holes and screw in the radiator to the panel
right now it just sitting over the PSU

I'd like to oppose that claim.
The RM1 is pretty impressive with just 22L. I like that. But yeah, Jonsbo/Rosewill/Cooltek cases have notoriously bad ventilation and this case seems to be no exception.

i meant is that cooltek isnt distributing it yet
the odd thing is that ventilation issues could be easily remedied but feels like they ignored it, they even advertise the use of gaming GPUs in that case
this just needs a bit of modding to for it to be perfect

Nothing in ATX format comes anywhere close to 20L. This, at 21.5L, is of relevance and note to the SFF community. theGryphon is working on something but isn't near production as of yet. Can you provide us with an ATX case that is 19L? Do you speak for the entirety of the community and those looking for the smallest ATX case possible?

Technically uSFF<8L<=SFF<20L, so 19.99999L.
If it really, really bothers you, you can try to convince a mod to remove it, but I personally think we should take SFF in a more relaxed sense. We often see cases that are too large to really be SFF, but of all the offenders this is the one I'd let slip because it fits such a large board inside.
Also, this is the only subforum where people care about size. If you post this case anywhere else, people will just ask you where they can put their five 240mm rads and why there's no space for 15 3.5" HDDs. I'm exaggerating, of course.
Yeah, why would they have that? A mount for a slot-in slimline drive would have sufficed, and they know how to do those.

The smallest ATX chassis ever, I believe, was the GTR Tech GT3 in 2007 being 15.6" x 4.25" x 12.5" so 13.6 litres. It had a double slot riser. I used that case to put a powerful desktop in a carry on suitcase. Lovely
By 2010, the chassis supported 10.1" video cards, the email I found mentioned Radeon HD 5850, 4890 and 4870.

Yeah that's a good argument. If you can make a case where people don't have to switch components, that's a huge selling point.

Huh, I first thought it was using SFX, but after seeing that it's just 108mm high, that wouldn't fit
Well there are some retail TFX PSUsavailable, but none of them seems to be stronger than 300W. Would be enough for a 970, though.
Which would effectively limit this forum to the discussion of approximately a dozen cases...

Did your brother ever get around attaching the radiator inside the case? I'm also thinking about buying this case when it becomes available here, since it's the smallest case I know that will take my ATX motherboard (Z68 with i5 2500K). However I am worried about heat dissipation. Is it possible to tie the 240mm radiator on the right side with zip ties using the cutouts in the back of the case?
SFF club over on OCN shows about 71 8-20L cases give or take a few customs/artisans/out of production.
