Where can I buy a blowhole conduit?

I'm looking for a black 'conduit' with a lip for a 120mm fan blowhole. Anybody know where to buy one?
 
Heh, I make my own all the time for electrical installations. Go to home depot, buy about 3ft of #10 black wire, use a sharp knife to strip off one edge and remove from the wire, push it over the edge of the hole.
 
No not that. What I'm wanting looks like a bass port for a subwoofer. It needs to be about 1.5 inches deep. I'm in the USA.

Getting there maybe? Never knew it was called a chase nipple.. sometimes learning the name for something is by far the hardest part of finding one. I'm guess OP wants something a little bit more flared... actually, you might even be able to re-purpose some kind of bass reflex tube
