I got the same card for $295AR NIB with Batman/Witcher 3 about 3 weeks ago. Great card.

I think the deal scared me away at "open box" and then the rest added insult to injury.

About the RAM, not sure if 3.5 vs. 4.0 GB makes that much of a difference. It'd still be a big improvement over 2 GB of RAM, such as what my 770 has.
