In great working condition. I never got to implement in my apartment due to lack of space.

Included is:

-the case
-120MM fan wall bracket upgrade with 3 x CoolerMaster fans
2 x 80mm rear fans
-BitFenix Recon Fan Controller which was usedthrough a Windows VM.

I can include SAS cables. the powersupply is included since everything is neatly wire-tied.

$250 bucks is a steal so please take this off my hands and we can add in other things as i have a bunch of server related equipment.

Pick up only in New York. I am in the Bronx, NY 231st Street.

I know the feeling. :( I'm sure shipping would be killer! If it does not move I will lower the price and also consider shipping. I want this thing gone. Huge compared to my 12 bay ITX setup!
 
GLWS OP. I had my 4020 listed for $125 Boston pickup and nobody wanted it! That was including the 120mm fall wall, and 6 extra replacement fans.
 
I picked up one of these locally from Blue_Fox back when he lived here. They're beefy as hell.
