Uhhh.. WRONG. It is NOT refurbished.. its clearly stated as BRAND NEW. And, if you click on the link with 1sale, here is how it is listed:

"LG G2 (Latest Model) - 32GB - (Unlocked) Smartphone.

Introducing a smartphone inspired by you and fueled by the power of a quad-core processor. The LG G2 features a thin body design that houses a 5.2" full HD display, 2.26GHz processor, and 13-megapixel camera.

Important Please Read

•Unlocked to be used with any GSM carrier
• 5.2" FULL HD DISPLAY
• 13MP CAMERA
• ERGONOMIC BUTTONS
• 2.26GHZ QUAD-CORE PROCESSOR
• GPS
• Bluetooth
• Wi-Fi
• 4G-LTE (Band 1- 2- 4- 5 and 17)"

While the bands are different from T-Mobile, I have heard that these can be used still with success for data plans on T-Mobile by adjusting the APN.

Here is the Community Wiki on the Unlocked D800 working with T-Mobile:

Does this work on T-mobile?

For the most part, but not as well as the T-mobile version (D801) of this phone. 1.) Wi-fi calling won't work, and 2.) It lacks one of the 3G bands that T-mobile uses, though it has all the LTE bands.

You can't do anything about the missing 3G band.

If you're OK sticking to stock, you can (maybe) flash a modified version of the D801 ROM to this phone (D800). http://forum.xda-developers.com/a...i-t2819587

Hmm... well be careful with the seller.

Be careful. Some of the LG G2 buyers have gotten burned on this deal. Since this deal started up recently and they are shipping from California, it's hard to tell exactly how much negative feedback this person will receive for this deal over time (21k units sold, need to account for shipping times).

I actually bought an LG G2 off of ebay a good while ago. Although he claimed used, reality is that it likely had the screen replaced because the new one cracked very easily. I never even felt like really replacing it afterwards so I went back to my GS3.

Cell phones are one thing I'd kind of advise against getting off of Ebay. It's 30$ more on Amazon, but I'd get it off of Amazon:

You get Prime shipping and the customer service that Amazon offers, so you can be assured that it is quite new or Amazon will have them by the noose. 30$ extra for what is essentially your day to day partner is nothing.

Excellent phone. Rocked one for about 18 months until I went to my Oneplus One.

Get this and then get Straight Talk BYOP. For $45 a month you get unlimited talk, text and 5GB of LTEe Data. ATT Network.

I'm concerned about it not being compatible with T-Mobile. Will it simply not work with 3G?

BB deal cannot ship but can add to cart, no store near my zip has it. Oh well.

Call up a few of your stores. Most people report the same thing but seem to find them if they call.

I bought one of these a few weeks ago. I was previously using a MOTO X. The screen is wonderful, the battery life is great. Easy to root and install a recovery for roms.
