Physical HDD/SSD Cloning device

Hello,

I have to duplicate 5-10 HDDs a day, and I need a device to make it way faster and easier.
The method now is Sata->USB2.0->PC->Acronis, it is working pretty good, but usb2.0 is slow, and I need a PC to make it work.

1) 70% of the HDDs have bad sectors, I don't want the device to fix the sector, but at least skip it without error, and continue the cloning.
2) I want to use it without a PC, I want 2 of them in the corner and just press the button after I plug in the 2 HDD/SSD
3) Sometimes the original HDD is 500GB with only 100GB data (400GB free space) and the new hdd is only 320GB, device must be clever enough to not whine about the size, just do the work, and resize the partition.
4) Must be Windows 8/8.1 compatible, that means I need a bootable UEFI/LEGACY (GPT/MBR) capability, the old GHOST can't clone windows 8.1 to be bootable, and half of the HDDs has Windows on them with UEFI.

Can you suggest me a device for this?

I'm not sure something like that exists.

There are some copy stations around, but you would need something that is filesystem-aware.
I do not know of a single one that is.

My solution to your problem would be a well scripted/automated PC with some hotswap trays.

Resizing filesystems with bad sectors can be a difficult task, I would assume nobody could build something like this as a complete standalone solution.

Must have thing to be portable, sometimes I have to use it outside the office, so this is not a really good option. :\

Best option is probably a micro server, that would be portable enough. Any other driveclone standalone hardware requires error free drives and the target to be larger than the source.

all i can say is get a usb 3.0/eSATA netbook/laptop with 2 external enclosures. You can find real cheap ones now. It doesn't have to be fast at all just need ports. ebay, craigslist, or forum can find second hand ones. You could even get a new computer for like 300 bucks i bet with right ports.

Personally i am not sure how a single unit doesn't exist for this. It seems simple to me. I always have seen adds for cloning devices so i dont get why they couldn't do this. It seems basic for me.

Also your biggest issue is the usb 2.0...get a new enclosure honestly.
