On my monitor it looked pretty close to E-model, and if it was a custom paint I wouldn't expect someone to get it perfect. I even said E-model "like" paint. As for the font...I wasn't paying that close attention.
 
i am playing flu and watching anime all comfy under the blankets, it is also raining outside. :)
 
I just picked up Dragon Age: Inquisition, so I'll probably fire it up today. I hope I can get into it even without playing the first two Dragon Age games.

That sucks man! Thats my go to online FPS. Actually its the only game I play online right now. Its does take a bit of time getting used to with the free aim if you're not aiming down the sights. Also you can die pretty quick, only takes a few shots to go down or to take someone down. Its also heavily team work oriented. You can have a team with a bunch of good players but if theyre not working as a team then they can be beat pretty easily with a team work oriented group of average players. Much more realistic then CoD, BF, CS and all that shit. Some people don't like that, I get it. I wish they would expand on the game though. It could really use some new maps and some weapons and modes added. Getting tired of playing the same maps over and over.

Just installed and started Alien Isolation on my PC. God I wish I did this ages ago. Ive had it on PS4 but had a tough time getting into it because controlling the character on the PS4 version feels like your constantly stuck in mud trying to move. So fucking annoying. Its so much more enjoyable on my PC. Not that I didnt think it would be, just didnt bother getting it until now. I also had no idea my PC would be able to run it on Ultra at 1080, but never the less it does and does well. Im pleasantly surprised.

Also just got Bioshock infinite. Going to try that out tomorrow, never played it.
 
Bloodborne on the upcoming 3 day weekend. Can't wait. Got a few hours in this past weekend, but I'm itching for more.
 
Going to get back into Metro 2033 Redux since I haven't played it much since release. Then, I'll move onto Metro: Last Light Redux. After that, who knows.
 
Almost done Alien Isolation on PC.

FUCK!!! This game is so much better on PC. Im so glad I decided to try to see how my system ran the game. I got it for PS4 at first because I assume my system wouldn't handle it maxed out. Its obviously optimized pretty well because I can run this sucker with everything maxed out at 1080 with 60+ fps. It looks super nice. I would be happy if every game looked like this. The atmosphere is so fucking perfect. I probably like this game more since Ive always been a fan of the franchise but regardless this game is the shit. Its had me literally terrified multiple times which movies just can't do anymore.

If you havent played this game, go fucking get it now. It starts out a little slow, but once it gets going it just gets better and better every hour.

It's locked at 30fps on the consoles right?
I have it too, and yes it runs very nice. I play it mostly on my living room PC setup (so the wife can watch and get scared too, haha) and it runs almost perfect on a single 6870. It just slows down a bit at a few points. It has to be the one of the most stressful games I've ever played, haha.


This weekend has been mostly FFXIV for me. Finally upgraded my ps3 version to the ps4 version (got a ps4 last week) so I've been jumping between the PC and PS4 version depending on which room I'm playing in.
 
Played OoT and MM on the New3DS. Played a ton of mildly-drunken (cigars and whiskey :D ) DoA5 on the PC. Soft-engine or not, it's really quite good if you ever liked DoA to begin with. We had a blast. Then we played a bit of Nidhogg, which as usual was quite fun. Just finally started Alien Isolation too, as I picked it up for $12 on Steam last week. I haven't really gotten very far, just getting started really. Looks good graphically, and seems to capture the overall atmosphere of the first movie. Looking forward to the rest.

Hands down one of the best games I've ever played. Ever. No story has often been so well done as the last of us was. Plot, acting, animations, graphics, game play, everything about the game is near perfect. I'd rate that game 10/10 easily and there's not many other games Id give that rating to. Lots of 9's and 9.5's I can easily think of, but that game just takes the fucking cake.
 
Well, it's far from being the weekend, but I started Alien Isolation last night, and having a good time with it so far. The atmosphere is great, the graphics are better than I expected, and some of the effects are quite nice. Music and sound is excellent, and the story is exactly what you'd expect for something in this universe. They also did a good job with the archaic technology "of the future" keeping computers etc. in line with the original movie. Green CRTs, beige terminals, mechanical keys, etc. Not too far into it yet, but loving it. I tried to get into Singularity over the weekend, but couldn't make myself do it. It was just tacky with horrible dialog. Usually I can get by that and focus on the game mechanics, but after playing some really decent FPS-type-games in recent years (Dishonored, Bioshock Infinite, Wolfenstein, and now Alien Isolation among others) I just couldn't do it. I may give it another shot during a lull, but...

Hell yeah. They nailed the atmosphere and environment prefect. Matches the movies 100%. I think I'm on the 2nd to last mission. Just got out of work and grabbing a few drinks at the bar then I'm gonna go beat that fucker and try out the DLC's

After that I'm moving on to BioShock Infinite which I've never played. Looking forward to it! Also gotta finish Tomb Raider and the new Wolfenstein which I'm almost done.
 
I've been busy with work, but my partner plays BloodBorne on my Ps4 while I work, LOL. Looks like a really good game, nice new installment in the series
 
D3 once Season 3 begins on the 10th.

Quake 1 Darkplaces with Rygel Ultra Textures, Reforged Bestiary Pack, and Pretty Water on HARD. (pretty sweet and of course nostalgic as hell)

Toss in some Titan Quest:IT as always.

Finally finished it. What a crap ending !!

I was hoping for some epic boss fight :(
