I have been looking for one of these on ebay for some time and have not had any luck.

This is the board I am looking for:

Please PM or post me your price

It may or may not help in your search, but the model number is DFI X58-T3EH8. I had one a few builds ago and would have kept it longer if it supported the 6 core Xeons. It was the last great board from DFI before they left the enthusiast market. Good luck in your search.

Thank you for chiming in. I can find so few examples on google images, outside of review units, of people using them in personal builds that I was worried they were not sold to the public. I agree on the Xeon part, if I did not have a 980X, I would not be looking

Just out of curiosity... Do you want it just to have it? or do you actually need it? Always wondered why people spend big bucks on older hardware.

you should check prices on the lanparty ultra-B...lol, the last word in socket 462

they verrrry rarely come up, the Abit NF7-S are a dime a dozen in comparison

Just came across this. My second X58 board died today (2 in five years). Damn it. I may be looking for one of these too.

^ the main downside to these is they do not support the ebay xeons without eventually popping parts

Btt
