Pet download is up on GOG, though it requires full game install first :) 27 minutes ;)

EDIT: GoG downloader of full game is up, 6,3 GB total. Going at full speed of 1,3 Mb/s :)

Life is cruel. I'm stuck working late today. Then I work early tomorrow and have to leave from work to go visit my girlfriend's best friend for the weekend... To rectify this I am taking Monday and Tuesday off, but they are so far away...
 
Backer goodies is reportedly up, but site is down for me. Maybe related, who knows :-o

First thing I did was attack my Camp got my ass kicked it doesn't matter if it's a 60hz or 144hz monitor it pans smooth on either monitor.

Well I'll have some fun hopefully screwing around in the game next week.
 
Turned off Auto pausing my god find it pretty annoying it's like turned based if it's on.
I'll pause when I want Steam Stats say like 13,000+

pretty good since the first 40 minutes of launch =) Someone said it will peak when people get home from work school.

So far so good, no major technical issues with the game, just gameplay getting used to issues.

But already from the start I am left wondering could/should I have done this differently
 
Yeah I read about that Bug on the Reviews it keeps looping over I guess. Maybe it will be patched out.when I start playing it.
Someone said you can turn it off in settings for a quick fix.

I suspect steam achievements are broken. There's no achivement tab on the library page, and the Backer Achievement didn't pop for me (tried restarting/reloading).
 
ranger bug, at the first town you'll lose your pet and you can no longer do anything.
 
Played for 36 minutes with my Razer Kraken Headphones Game is the bomb one of the Best Games in my Steam Library plays just like Baldurs Gate sounds of footsteps go from one side of the screen to the other Headphones in Stereo you can hear the fire cracking when you camp. Characters will leave you if you make the wrong choice. Auto Pausing I don't like what so ever takes away from Immersion. So you can take it off and press the space bar when you want and I think battles can won yet.

I hope this game reaches the people who have been bombed by bad games for the past 10 years or so.

Divinity comparison Divinity is just as good the only thing I'm not a total fan of in Divinity is turned based combat I wish It was like this game. Interaction with objects is more complex in Divinity.
 
Only got a little bit in but it's fun so far. Got my butt kicked on a caravan fight but i do have it at the "The damned" level of difficulty so it's to be expected. Playing a monk atm but may try a wizard next.
Has a BG fell to me......:D
 
Playing through Bloodborne and have this waiting for me later tonight.

Glad to see this game is getting some great reviews (IE PC gamer, RPS, Escapist).

Seems like exactly what most uf us that backed wanted, a great classic infinity engine rpg but not simply a copy but one which stands on its own with its store/characters and gameplay.
 
I'm in the Cave figured the first puzzle out with the torches think I'll shelve the game till my vacation starts. I recommend turning the Gamma way up in the game if you run your monitors dark.

This is why we can't have nice DRM-free things.
 
If it wasn't it would have just been the Steam version.

I do wish they had a time limited demo just so I could play a few minutes to see if I will enjoy it or not. I bought it, but could easily see me going either way with the game.
 
Yeah I see it up there damn shame but it's Obsidians fault for going with GOG...

Not sure if it's just me but the Infinity engine just zaps me..it's either the dark screen or how the game refreshes could be the Details in the Game or how the game refreshes or lack of sleep.

Meh. Even the trickiest of games get cracked eventually, but I hear ya. It'd at least delay it a little longer so those folks who would pirate, but have to play now, will end up purchasing.

Pirates don't buy games, real designer clothes, etc. That's why they are pirates. The only thing being stolen by them is bandwidth, as they weren't going to buy it in the first place. Some so called pirates actually use it as a demo to see if the real thing is worth purchasing when it goes on sale.

Trust me when I say that I hate thieves. But these people are just downloading stuff because they can; not because they actually want it.
 
Now the achievements exists on the library screen, but clicking "View All Achievements" doesn't work.

I hear published screenshots may not make your stream either.

Hard to understand how that is even possible. It's like the game is half-released.

It was cool though that when they added the backer-DLC to Steam, it magically appeared in my inventory while I was playing.

EDIT: Achievements are fixed. The backer one pops after character creation now. If you've already started the game make sure you have a real save and just start a new game and make a dummy char.

Increase the Gamma and used my Backlight on my Gaming monitor seems to be better now.
