Samsung 850 Pro 256GB, $129.99 FS, No Rebate

Damn, dead at that price. Would've gotten one, not that I actually need it over my Extreme II, but just for the convenience of swapping back/forth between my Win10 preview and production 8.1 install without reinstalling.

Edit: Was this $129 or $149? $129 is a great price, $149 is good, not great. Was $149 at Newegg around BF for a few hours and it came with AC Unity too.

It was $129, they were price matching a deal over at rak*ten.com (full site name is banned here)
 
I got one in a few hrs ago. Really needed another SSD for my Desktop, glad there was a deal on the Pro or I would have gotten an EVO.
 
man what are the odds of that, grab an evo a day ago it drops $5 they price match it, and then I find this deal on their site and see it posted here and SD, glad I snagged 1 while they had it... :) Add 2 more SSD to my list to test.
 
For an 850 Pro this is a good deal. Not long ago the 840 Evos were this price. Bump for others to get in on the deal; I am waiting for a 500GB+ to be this price. :D
 
I'm saying strong for the 1.2TB 750 series SSD in March. I know the specs of it and it's going to be the new hotness.
 
Meh having used both the 850 Pro 1TB and SanDisk Extreme Pro 960GB myself, I honestly preferred the Extreme Pro as it just felt snappier overall.
 
Anyone looking for the 850 EVO 250 GB, TD has it for $109.99 - $20 MIR - $10off$100 code = 79.99 today/tomorrow. I got kicked with tax so the two I ordered came out to $87.49/ea. MIR is 2 per order/account but the $10 off code you would need to use two accounts (like I did).

Successor to the 730. Well not so much successor...since the 730 is going to stay in production, more like the sexy older sister.

Won't be cheap, but it's going to be about 3-4x faster than an 850 Pro and have faster response times. It's going to replace my raided 480gb 730's as my boot and main storage drive.
