Looking for a Core 2 Duo E8400 CPU. Not looking for anything lower than a E8400.

Cheapest one found on eBay is a little under $10.

If someone is nice enough to send me one and I cover shipping fees ($4-5), that would be pretty awesome. But, regardless let me know if you can beat $10.

not quite a E8400, but I have a E6600 I can send your way for the cost of a USPS flat rate small box. PM me if you're interested.

I don't plan to pay much for a 7 year old chip.

I've shipped a few bare cpu's inside an envelope with padding to protect it. These CPU's don't have pins and aren't really fragile IMO. You could ship it from home (envelope, padding and stamp), just saying. Again I don't mind covering a small $5 fee for your trouble. I know a lot of folks who have old core 2 duos in there house, they just don't want to go through the trouble of sending it or trying to sell it and I understand that. :)
