They also have the PC physical version for $19.99 while the PC download version is $33.49.. Wierd.

The discs are to do a local install, it's still a steam game which needs to be resisted to your account so can use any method to install it. Download or disc.
 
Nice deal on an excellent game that will get GOTY consideration. I will say that after the initial learning curve/ramp up, it gets very easy and the ending isn't nearly as good as the build-up. 2nd half of the game feels a bit rushed but its def a good start to a new series!
 
What's the DLC like? I usually wait for complete packages, but $20 for this is tempting.
 
I picked up the PC Download version for $20. Played a bit, seems like it was well worth it.
 
I'm hoping they are holding some keys back for cyber Monday or something.. I was going to get it Friday morning but had too much going on, by the time i got on in the evening it was sold out.

Oh well, it'll most likely be the same price again soon enough.
