GeForce Hotfix driver 344.80

This is a beta driver that addresses the following issues:

GeForce GTX 980 displays texture shimmering when Texture Filtering Quality set to High Quality.
GPU outputs fuzzy lines over DisplayPort after a period of time following driver updates.
System hang up and black screen after power on with some monitors (DP1.2 & 4K/60Hz) + GTX980

Anyone try this driver yet? I have not been able to run anything past 344.16 because of display port issues and fuzzy text after reboot.

Installed these earlier today. It did fix the Displayport wake from sleep graphics corruption I was having. Also I rebooted my machine just to be sure it wouldn't 'hang' and it doesn't.

I just tried it but too early to tell if it worked for me. Dell UP2414Q revision A00 monitor that is known to have issues, so may not make any difference. :)

Got some problem with it on the GTX 970, crash Far Cry 4 numerous times. I know, it's meant for the 980, but I was just curious, so heads up to anyone out there who wants to try this on their 970.

The only issues I've had was displayport - identical problems that I had with the 670 in almost every way. They probably only fixed it for the 980 and then later drivers may support the rest of the cards. I hope!

i wonder if they're going to fix the horrible artifacting with aero off and shadowplay enabled.

Thanks. Im having problems with Surround/Sli. I hope this does the trick. Ive also had the artifacts on my dp monitors. WTF.

I'm still having the system-on black screen/hang issue, but so far, the on-wake corruption hasn't come back.

I don't have the black screen issue anymore but I still see fuzzy lines on bios from time to time.

Was running the 344.80 hotfix drivers because of the displayport graphics corruption on wake from sleep. Installed the new 344.75 WHQL drivers after reading the release notes stating the displayport issue was 'fixed in 344.48'.

So far, I've not had the graphics corruption issue. Hopefully it stays that way, it's kinda nice being back on a WHQL driver version (had some odd issues with certain games not running on 344.80s).

I'm confused - which driver are you running now? 344.48 or 344.75?

First off, i'll clarify, I WAS running the 344.75s and thought the Displayport issues was fixed. Today after playing Elite Dangerous on my Oculus I was having really bad 'judder'. checked my refresh rate and it was at 60Hz. I set it back to 75Hz and Elite was fine, but after I quit the game and my display suspended and woke up, I had the graphics corruption again and had to reboot.

344.75s weren't doing this when the refresh was set to 60Hz.

I ended up rolling back to the hotfix driver and the problem is gone again.... I guess some day Nvidia will fix this in a WHQL driver release.
