What is the point of going from level 30 to 32 NONE game over waits for Destiny 2....

I just bought this game. now what? it won't run in my new blurray player, i tried both sides :(

Its never too late for this game. Lots of people still play it. I never have problems finding people via matchmaking either.

There are still people lingering in this topic specifically that don't contribute to the topic at hand though.

They just released a patch, but in typical Bungie fashion nerfed hand cannons and introduced some glitches again. But 10 bounties to be held is a welcome change.
 
And no love tonight. Marionberry errors and then Xbox one connection problems :( damn it I just wanted to run around shooting things.
 
Xbox live had issues last night, and of course everyone was blaming Bungie. Man, the hate on the internet is strong.
 
I didn't have Live issues with DA:I nor with Netflix. Bungie admitted they were having Xbox One connection problems on their help page, and this was within 24 hours of having PS3 Europe connection issues. My constant kick to title screens weren't with the need to be connected to Live messages either. Bungie my have tried to shift some of the blame to Live, but this was more on them than not.

on the Plus side, looking forward to this weeks Nightfall and Weekly. For some reason I really enjoy that strike and with Arcburn it should be fun.

Bungie had a alert yesterday hours before Xbox live issues. At different times yesterday last night both had an issue

I played destiny issue free from 2 -5pm CST yesterday but my son got kicked off between 7-8pm a bunch
 
I played some Iron Banner after running the raid last night. No luck on boots in the raid but did manage to make progress in Iron Banner. Balance seems to be pretty spot on. A 25 has a hard time to kill a 29 unless they are accurate. 29 vs 30 isn't too bad and less than 25 didn't have a chance against my 29 Titan.

Yeah, I think the balance is pretty good in IB. My striker titan (level 29) was doing very well with my brother who was a 27 defender titan. We would consistently win because titan bubble and capture ftw.. and when someone was to come near the bubble I would just fist of havoc.

Well, VOG was finally good to me this week with my raid chest drop for my warlock. Finally hit 28 after being stuck at 27 for what seems like forever.
 
The Iron Banner buff seems to be increasing quite a bit day to day, so getting two characters gear might be a reality for me. The buff started at 10% and is at 25% now, with the emblem and shader that's 45% extra rep total and only going to go up.

Congrats! I've been pretty lucky, I haven't gotten too many items in my 3 runs, but I did get raid gloves, chest and VoC. Would be nice to get an exotic weapon from that one chest but I can't complain.
 
I got VoC last week, and am slowly maxing it out. I leveled with scout rifles, then switched to autos. I am glad to have a raid level scout rifle as well. If Xur has Icebreaker for sale this weekend, I will be a happy camper. I missed it last time.
 
If ice breaker is the weapon sold again this week, I'll buy two. Just like if Gjallarhorn is sold. Both of those items are wicked.
 
I'm hoping for Ice Breaker too since I didn't have the coins the first time it was offered. It will likely be a special weapon this week and there aren't too many for Xur to sell so we have a good chance.
 
Weird, Xur broke pattern and is selling the MIDA Multi Tool today, guess that saves me some coins.
 
I have quite a few motes too, maybe I should gamble some and hope for the Titan striker helmet. I kinda want Voidfang Vestments for my Warlock too but the roll this week is bad.

If you want a Warlock helm ... decrypt it on anything except a Warlock. Same goes for other classes. I've never had an exotic engram de-crypt to same class.
 
Can't hurt to be superstitious like that, but FWIW I've had two exotic engrams decrypt to the class I was on at the time.

I had 3 engrams turn to the same warlock helmet that I already had and I was doing it on a Warlock. So that observation is not reliable.
 
That's some bum luck, I just decrypted Aclyophage Symbiote on my hunter, bought the Young Ahamkara's Spine as well, last piece I need to get to 30 on my Hunter, have the other 3 slots filled with raid gear already!
 
I gambled on two helmets with my Titan and got Knucklehead Radar and Helm of Saint-14. Too bad I already have Saint-14 and I'm not sure if I want a hunter at the moment.
 
And now all I need is some more IB rep to buy the warlock boots and I'll have all classes at 30... bring it hard mode. no more squishy 29's for me!
 
I have been playing Iron Banner a lot but still about 2.5 rank. Need to hit 4 before the time expires. So pissed off at this bullcrap. Every single game I get in on, I am surrounded by idiots who don't understand that if you control 2 points, you fucking win the game. Seriously, what a bunch of morons!

I need to start shouting over the mic and knock some sense into people. Also I am always in a team with 25-27 whereas, the other team is always 28-30. It fucking pisses me off to no end.

I'm with you on that. Just reroll your game. I hate leaving, but if you wind up with a bunch of greedy noobs who want all 3 points... You're gonna lose in the end and just be more frustrated. Plus no one uses team chat, and if they do, they're 12...

Dude I know the feels. Gets me every time. We are leading by like 4K points and we end up losing cause people don't cap and just hang back for KDR. So damn incompetent.

Also NOBODY uses team chat. It should be mandatory. I hate the way Bungie addressed this, opt in garbage. People need to know what they did wrong. It should be an option to OPT out but not opt out by default...ffs.
 
If you lose three in a row just reroll and hope for a better team. I've been running my 26 Warlock with 300/300/288 weapons and have been doing well, so not all sub 29s are useless.

It would be nice if there was more teamwork though. Get 2 spots and guard, it's not that hard.

Had my lvl 4 warlock decrypt it, which gave me a titan helm... Perfect for the titan I bought it for :D
 
Ran the nightfall tonight. Friend that got ice breaker, hawkmoon and praedyth's revenge last week from various activities ended up getting gjallarhorn from the nightfall this week. I get a crappy scout rifle. Fucking RNG.
 
Yeah RNG is pretty bs in the game. Friends keeps finding fatebringer and praedyths timepiece. I haven't found one yet.
 
I got the damn shotgun, shards/energy, chatterwhite, the warlock armband and a blue ship blueprint in this week's raid, so basically a worthless run. RNG is not my friend, either.
 
I think I'm that guy that complains about not getting stuff but actually has most things..

Right now I'm 30 on all 3 classes, but am only missing 5 raid and exotic pieces across all of them.

Raid Boots for Warlock
Raid Gloves for Hunter
Knucklehead Radar for Hunter

... yeah that's it.

Right now I'm mostly focused on gghorn/ballerhorn and Atheon's Epilogue, I've evaded those somehow.

I did however bust my ass in IB to get 30 on my Warlock with those boots instead, was lucky Xur was selling Young Ahamkara's Spine, only needed a 30 light piece in that slot for 30 on there, my Titan has been 30 for a few weeks, the titan HM helm to me is like a green now, I've dismantled probably 8 of them...

Nightfall this week gifted me a 4th Suros (3 energy, 5 parts and 18 glimmer), 9 Ascendant Energy and 10 Strange Coins. I guess considering last week I spent all 62 of my coins on everything Xur had to offer, I'm glad to have those extra 10 as a buffer. I think I have... 39 right now? Enough for an primary, an armor and some leftover, maybe he'll have telemetry's I need/want.
 
I normally don't complain about RNG but last night was the tipping point. I have played since launch and basically progressed the same as the guy I mainly play with. I have yet to get an exotic drop and have had to buy/grind all the legendaries and exotics I use now. I have gotten some legendary drops but most of the perks made them nothing great. VoC is the only decent weapon that has actually dropped for me.

Meanwhile this guy has gotten 8+ exotics and two rocket launchers with the tracking perk. I know the moment we do HM raid he's going to get the Vex and Fatebringer and I'm going to get shards/energy. Oh well.

Anyways rant over, hopefully I get lucky in the raid tonight.

1 teaspoon of liquid Defiance

Bake in a over for 25 minutes on 343 studios oven on top rack with Lard using crucible crumbs.

Serve cold with Lewt Cave 2.0 on top

But if we use 343 we might get a more than half baked game like broken saves and zero working multiplayer! :D:D:D:D;)
