WTB AM2+ motherboard and DDR2

So I purchased a CPU on here without realizing the parts I have laying around are AM3. I'd like to pick up an AM2+ motherboard and at least 4GB of DDR2. Let me know what you have and what you are looking for it.
 
I have 4*1GB Super Talent PC2-6400 ($25 shipped) and 4*2GB Kingston HyperX PC2-7200 available ($70 shipped).
 
I have 3 x 2 GB of DDR2 800MHz memory (I believe it is G.SKill). Tested in memtest with no errors. One memory stick is brand new though (RMA replacement).

What price are you looking for?
 
I would like to get $38 for two sticks or $53 for three sticks. Prices shipped to CONUS (most likely will ship priority mail in small box).
 
I've got a gigabyte am2+ board, MA790x-UD3P, and 4x2gb of g-skill 800mhz 5-5-5-15 ram. Both were used until I bult my haswell setup in January. Make me an offer on both, they're just sitting around now.

Would prefer to trade for Verizon smart phone, SSD, but Will sell for price in PM WO the Arctic 7, will include the Arctic 7 for $6.00 to cover shipping. Had it running an 1100T.
