The title says it all:
Which is the Best UHD TV for Pc at 40-42" max and 1200 € max?

Information is pretty confusing everywhere...

Thanks in advance.

Check this thread. It's 40" 4K monitor, not TV though. And i've yet to find some thorough review of it. It's not on sale everywhere worldwide, but it seems like soon it will be. Another promising contender might be New 32-40" Seiki 4K monitors supposedly out in Q1 2005, also with DP & HDMI2.

Thanks for the advice.
Im following that monitor and the Benq Uhd.
The thing is:
Tv use to be less expensive.
None of the ones im following its available.

Im looking at the LG XXX850 series, but is waaaay too big to use it as a desktop monitor.

Im interested in this as well.

I currently have the FIRST Fullhd samsung TV/Monitor (series 3, yes i know :p ) it drains alsmost 300w in normal use (think about some nuclear CCFL´s) and although it served me well it started to show a dead line that is becoming bigger and bigger each day. It already compromises a good part of the left of the screen and its incresing.

So i would like another 40" TV for use with PC.

This is new and nontrivial topic, do not expect somebody giving you answer on a plate. When you dig more into this you will find issues like 4:4:4 and input lag besides picture quality issues. In general TVs are not designed to serve as computer monitors. In addition, 4K/UHD hardware is not yet a piece of cake, there are even 4K computer monitors which suffer from high input lag which shows like lazy mouse moving start. It seem the best way is to wait still until some serious reviews will appear.
